Picked up a couple of days ago my NORDEN 901. Have to thank ADS Motorsports and specially Austin who walked me through the whole process, no B.S., numbers clear, good deal and delivered before the promised date. Very HAPPY CAMPER and very impressed with your operation. You will definitely see me again.

I had an issue with my Polaris General and needed to get back out on a hunt asap. Tom in service is the MAN. Made me feel like a VIP and got me and taken care of asap. For that reason, I specifically drove over 1 hour away to come back and have Tom and the team do some after hunting fixes to the machine. If management reads this, Tom deserves a raise, promotion etc. Take care of this valuable employee, speaking as a business owner myself.

I have purchased all my machines (dirt bikes, UTV’s) from ADS in west haven. I have dealt with a core group of people there and every single one of them has been awesome to deal with, and believe me I’m a needy customer haha. Bowen/Sales: has been an awesome person to deal with and has spent countless hours making sure my current build has been what I wanted and is currently helping with another. He is very knowledgeable with real world experience and those recommendations are extremely valuable and have helped me choose machines I am very happy with! Hailey/Parts: Hailey has been great and makes it all happen after the machine purchase and really focuses on making sure you get the right parts and recommends alternatives if she thinks something might work better for your build and tracks all the moving parts to make sure everything arrives in time to go to powder coating etc and keeps your build going to completion! Terrel/tech: Terrel has gone out of his way to make recommendations and is very detail oriented! You usually never meet or communicate with the technician but Terrel has been great and really wants you to understand what’s going on and has been happy to answer any questions I’ve had along the way! Thomas/service: Thomas is always so great to work with, he always has a good attitude and really cares about your machine and communicates about the process, he always makes you feel welcome and appreciated! Come here if you want a team that cares after the sale, and wants to get you into something that YOU want and can afford, not what THEY want you to buy.

I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my 2026 Polaris Xpedition ADV, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Carson! From start to finish, he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire buying process easy and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. You can tell Carson genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I couldn’t be happier with my new Xpedition and the experience I had. If you’re looking for a great salesman who will treat you right, I highly recommend asking for Carson! 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had another excellent experience at Karl Malone ADS in Ogden purchasing my 2026 Can-Am Defender Limited HD11. I’ve purchased my last two Can-Ams from ADS, and they’ve continued to earn my business with their great customer service. Ryan was fantastic to work with—he was polite, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wants to help instead of just making a sale. If you’re shopping for a side-by-side or any other powersports vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Ryan at Karl Malone ADS in Ogden. Thanks again for another great experience!

I was very happy with the purchase process of my used 2024 Polaris Khaos. Bowen was very comfortable to work with, being down to earth without the used car salesman vibe. The rest of the staff was easy to work with and very respectful of my time. The dealership has an overall chill vibe which was very comfortable. I would buy there again with confidence.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Karl Malone Cycle (or as I now call it, Karl Baloney Cycle), and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I went in looking for a reliable dirt bike for my son, and the salesman hyped up this used model as “practically new” with no issues whatsoever. We paid a premium price thinking we were getting a solid deal, but within two weeks of riding it lightly on trails, the engine started sputtering, the brakes felt spongy, and it leaked oil everywhere. It was clearly a lemon – poorly maintained and probably hiding a ton of underlying problems that they conveniently overlooked during their so-called “inspection.” When I brought it back, expecting them to honor their warranty or at least make it right, they flat-out refused. The service manager gave me some lame excuse about “normal wear and tear” and said it wasn’t covered. Then, they had the audacity to quote me an outrageous $4,500 to fix it, claiming it needed a full engine rebuild, new brakes, and a bunch of other overkill repairs. I was floored – that’s more than half what I paid for the bike! Feeling scammed, I took it to two other reputable dirt bike shops in the area for second opinions. Both diagnosed similar issues but quoted me around $2,500 total, which is a whopping $2,000 less than Karl Baloney’s inflated price. One mechanic even laughed and said their quote sounded like highway robbery, designed to scare customers away rather than actually help. But wait, it gets worse. During the initial purchase, the salesman tacked on a $50 “tire disposal fee” to the bill. Tire disposal? We didn’t replace or dispose of any tires – the bike came with its original set, and we left with the same ones. When I questioned it, he mumbled something about it being a standard fee for environmental reasons, but it was pure baloney. It felt like they were just nickel-and-diming us for every penny they could squeeze out. The whole experience left me feeling ripped off and frustrated. The staff was rude and dismissive throughout, acting like I was the problem for expecting basic customer service. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Karl Malone Cycle. There are plenty of honest powersports dealers out there who won’t sell you a dud and then abandon you. One star is generous – zero if I could. Save your money and your sanity; go elsewhere for your dirt bike needs. This place is all hype and no integrity.
